Kompass 360 Intelligence Suite

The whole athlete. In one view.

A structured, Navigator-guided intelligence and readiness system that brings context, evidence, goals, and development priorities into one connected picture.

What Kompass Is

We assess. We do not just collect data.

Kompass 360 Intelligence Suite is The Kanvass’s structured intelligence and readiness system used within the Athlete Navigator relationship to understand the athlete across the full development picture and inform priorities over time.

Kompass 360 is not a single score, and it does not reduce an athlete to a dashboard. It combines guided conversation, available evidence, athlete context, and appropriate multi-source perspective to create a more complete readiness picture.

The intelligence informs the conversation and development plan. It does not make the decision for the athlete.

See the whole picture

Not performance alone.

Understand what matters now

Not everything has equal urgency.

Revisit as life changes

Readiness is not static.

The Whole Athlete

Ten dimensions. One connected picture.

Financial Literacy NIL Literacy Post-Sport Clarity Operations Business Acumen Brand & Marketing Confidence Health & Wellness Community Time & Bandwidth 360

Understanding financial concepts, habits, responsibilities, planning considerations, and the questions that support stronger decisions.

Illustrative sample view. Not live athlete data. A completed assessment can help map the ten dimensions into one structured readiness picture.

Built Around the Athlete

One picture. The right people around it.

Athlete

At the center of the picture.

Goals, context, responsibilities, perspective, and agreed information begin with the athlete.

Athlete Navigator

The consistent point of interpretation and connection.

The Navigator brings together conversation, appropriate evidence, context, and agreed inputs to help identify priorities and connect insight to development.

Family / Trusted Support

Included when it supports the athlete.

For younger athletes especially, parents or guardians may contribute context and participate in development conversations. Other trusted people can be involved where appropriate.

The athlete remains at the center. Information is used to support the agreed development relationship, not to create unnecessary visibility beyond it.

The Readiness Picture

Where you are today. What may need attention next.

Kompass brings together athlete context, agreed perspective, available evidence, and Navigator interpretation into a structured readiness picture across ten dimensions.

The goal is not to grade the athlete. It is to make development easier to understand.

Developing

Foundation is forming

Awareness, knowledge, habits, or evidence are still being developed. This helps identify where focused education or support may be useful.

Growing

Building momentum

Understanding and habits are becoming more consistent. The athlete is applying what they are learning with increasing confidence and independence.

Strong

More established

Knowledge, habits, systems, or evidence are more consistently demonstrated. Development continues as circumstances and responsibilities change.

Development stages. Not service tiers.

Readiness can look different across dimensions and can change as responsibilities, opportunities, and circumstances change.

Built for the Relationship

A living development view. Not a report that sits on a shelf.

Helps the Navigator see priorities and gaps

Gives the athlete language for important conversations

Creates a clear baseline for progress

Supports more intentional education and development choices

Evolves as the athlete’s context changes

Kompass 360 does not replace the Athlete Navigator. It gives the Navigator and athlete a more structured picture to work from together over time.

Starting point

Development

Changed context

The same ten dimensions, revisited. The picture evolves as the athlete does.

Context That Can Inform the Picture

Readiness does not exist in a vacuum.

Depending on the athlete’s stage and circumstances, Navigator conversations may incorporate relevant external information, documentation, institutional requirements, market context, and approved third-party tools or resources.

Market Context

Understanding opportunities in context and supporting better questions around fit, alignment, and value.

Compliance Awareness

Helping keep responsibilities, disclosure considerations, deadlines, and relevant documentation visible.

Qualified Guidance

Recognizing when school staff or qualified legal, tax, financial, or other professionals should be part of the conversation.

Where appropriate, Athlete Navigators may reference available third-party market resources, including Opendorse tools or information, as one source of context within athlete conversations.

From Intelligence to Development

Kompass helps us see.

The Method helps us build.

Your Navigator helps connect the work over time.

Kompass 360 helps identify starting points, priorities, evidence, and movement. The Athlete Business Method™ provides the development sequence. The Athlete Navigator brings the relationship, judgment, education, and coordination that connect the two.

See where you are today. Build toward where you are headed.

Kompass 360 begins with the athlete in front of us and creates a clearer picture of what matters now, what may need attention, and where development can move next.
